Group Bookings and Cancellation Policies

 

Payment Policy

For group bookings, full payment is required in advance through our booking system.  Please note that no refunds will be issued once payment is made.

Cancellation and Failure to Attend Policy

​

We require a 48-hour cancellation notice for all groups or individual members signed up for programs. Failure to do so will result in the full charge for all group or all the missing members. The same applies if the group or any participants miss the program. This policy applies to all participants signed up for the program, regardless of any payment arrangements. Consideration will be given to waiving the fee under exceptional circumstances.

Late Attendance Policy

​

If your group will be late for an appointment, please notify our receptionist or your dietitian as soon as possible. Arrivals 30-45 minutes after the scheduled start time will result in the forfeiture of the program, and the full cancellation fee will apply.

​Rescheduling Policy

Programs rescheduled two or more times consecutively without 48-hour notice will be treated as cancellations, incurring a full charge of the consultation fee. A new program will not be rescheduled until the fee is paid.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be provided for a change of mind without sufficient notice to cancel the appointment. This policy also applies to pre-paid online program bookings. No refunds apply for a change of mind for any program or consultation.
